What you will do

• Define and execute the vision for scalable platform services and APIs to reduce duplication and improve developer productivity.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and security stakeholders to align platform capabilities with enterprise strategy.
• Drive the design of reusable platform services, balancing immediate business needs with future scalability requirements.
• Lead and mentor a large organization of 20+ software engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Manage complex initiatives in parallel, ensuring consistency and alignment across multiple teams.
• Identify systemic issues early and drive proactive risk management and corrective actions.

Requirements
