What you will do

• Develop preventative maintenance plans to reduce equipment downtime and optimize labor utilization.
• Provide technical and problem-solving support for plant operations and maintenance crews.
• Execute plant-specific maintenance strategies to achieve performance and quality downtime goals.
• Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational, safety, and quality specifications.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to achieve AQL on defect specifications.
• Assist with team member training and skill validations.

Requirements

• Superior equipment troubleshooting skills and a mechanical inclination.
• Ability to complete LOTO validation for the designated area.
• Must hold a valid sanitation qualification.
• Strict adherence to all plant safety rules and sanitation regulations.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the plant in Twin Falls, ID, USA.
