Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR, specifically as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and navigate a matrixed organization.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
