What you will do

• Own and lead high-impact cross-functional GTM initiatives from problem framing to measurable outcomes.
• Design and operationalize scalable processes, playbooks, and governance to improve GTM performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and build models to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Provide strategic input into planning cycles, including market sizing and prioritization frameworks.
• Influence senior leadership by synthesizing complex information and aligning stakeholders on key initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or equivalent strategic/program management roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, CRM, and marketing analytics tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-visibility projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges.
• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
