What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of fixed-price projects from scoping and estimation to deployment and warranty.
• Collaborate with sales and tech experts to co-design solution strategies and lead effort estimation during presales.
• Oversee both AI-powered products and traditional enterprise software build initiatives.
• Manage distributed delivery teams across LATAM and Eastern Europe using pod or squad structures.
• Maintain ownership of project P&L, delivery margins, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with AI engineering and research teams on ML, computer vision, and intelligent automation projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery or enterprise system implementation.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of fixed-price projects.
• Experience managing offshore and nearshore teams in South America and Eastern Europe.
• Strong technical literacy to engage with architects, data scientists, and engineering leads.
• Expertise in agile, hybrid, and pod-based delivery methodologies.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML, data analytics, or automation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Additional foreign language skills.
