What you will do

• Drive fast execution of strategic technology initiatives aligned with CTO priorities.
• Lead Agile delivery across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams.
• Accelerate organization-wide AI adoption and innovation initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including unblocking teams and managing dependencies.
• Align stakeholders and maintain a strong execution rhythm in a fast-paced environment.
• Foster a high-ownership, innovation-driven engineering culture.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in technical project/program management or engineering roles.
• Strong technical foundation with a hands-on understanding of software development.
• Experience in fast-moving tech, fintech, AI, or crypto environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for ownership and execution.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and operate under pressure.
• Location: Must be based in Asia
