What you will do

• Lead the delivery of end-to-end advanced analytics and data science initiatives for enterprise clients.
• Design and develop analytics techniques on large, complex structured and unstructured datasets to uncover insights.
• Collaborate with internal data leads and technical partners to deliver projects within service level agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand, media, and digital stakeholders through structured storytelling and readouts.
• Design and evaluate test & control experiments, including A/B tests and incrementality studies, to measure business impact.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage workflows using tools like JIRA.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of core experience in Data Science or Statistics.
• Deep expertise in campaign performance measurement, ideally within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, matched market tests, and incrementality studies.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for database delivery teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
