AI Enablement Intern (Delivery Operations): Supporting the establishment of scalable delivery operations through project administration, reporting, and the identification of automation opportunities with an accent on AI enablement and operational efficiency. Focus on reducing manual effort across delivery workflows, evaluating productivity tools, and contributing to AI-driven proof-of-concept projects.

Location: Hybrid (London) — Based in the London office 2-3 days per week

Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day delivery operations, including documentation, trackers, and governance materials.
• Produce and distribute operational reports and consolidate data for leadership summaries.
• Identify and implement workflow automations to reduce repetitive manual tasks across Delivery.
• Conduct research and evaluations for project management and AI productivity tools.
• Contribute to proof-of-concept projects exploring AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Genuine interest in AI technologies, automation, and process improvement.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office 2-3 days per week.

• Experience in project coordination, PMO, or operations activities.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms or AI productivity tools.
