What you will do

  • Execute and optimize large-scale construction and modernization projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
  • Collaborate with national sales and operations teams on estimating, proposal creation, and customer presentations.
  • Monitor project backlogs and maintain detailed records in the Major Project Tool.
  • Lead project management training events and share best practices across the PM network.
  • Coordinate with national and local teams during the bid approval and governance processes.
  • Manage internal continuous improvement projects from initiation through to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of elevator project management experience and previous managerial experience.
  • Deep knowledge of elevator equipment and installation methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • Willingness to travel overnight and extended (approximately 20%).
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Excel.
