What you will do
- Provide world-class support primarily via phone, with occasional ticketing and live chat.
- Collaborate with management to achieve team targets and performance metrics.
- Analyze user feedback to identify and share critical product and feature requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and overall customer experience.
- Build cross-departmental relationships to boost CSAT and NPS scores.
Requirements
- French: C2 level or equivalent required.
- English: B2 level or higher required.
- Proven experience in Customer Care or Sales via phone or video calls.
- Flexibility to work in shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for crypto, investing, and financial markets.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support systems.
