TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (Fintech): Managing a portfolio of key accounts to ensure operational success and product adoption with an accent on project management, process optimization, and partner training. Focus on driving partner autonomy, resolving complex operational issues, and fostering long-term relationships within the embedded banking ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 2 days remote per week).

Salary: €50,000–€65,000

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of key partners, serving as the primary point of contact for operational and project-related topics.
  • Lead partner onboarding, including training partner teams on workflows, KYC processes, and operational configurations.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Support, Compliance, and KYC teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess performance, identify pain points, and implement systemic improvements.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to ensure partners achieve full operational autonomy.
  • Report on portfolio health and trends to leadership with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Partner Success, Account Management, or operational client-facing roles.
  • Fluent in both French and English (C1 level).
  • Proven experience managing a limited number of high-value clients.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to track moving parts and align stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to prioritize and make decisions.
  • Interest in fintech, embedded banking, or financial infrastructure.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in another European language.
