TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (B2B): Drive onboarding, adoption, and high-touch support for strategic enterprise customers to maximize hirify.global’s prevention insurance experience with an accent on stakeholder influence, product education, and change management in complex environments. Focus on leading lengthy customer transitions, tracking adoption metrics, and feeding customer feedback into product and marketing evolution.

Location: Must be based in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, or Marseille (France) (hybrid setup).

What you will do

  • Drive customer loyalty by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead complex onboarding and act as project manager for lengthy customer transitions, supporting change management.
  • Deliver tailored product education (e.g., webinars) to HR teams and employees to drive adoption.
  • Proactively identify and address satisfaction concerns; turn best customers into hirify.global ambassadors and generate acquisition opportunities.
  • Track and present adoption metrics to stakeholders and execute initiatives to increase engagement.
  • Scale the CSM practice (playbook development) and act as the voice of the customer to Marketing and Product.

Requirements

  • French and English required (French: B1–C1 range; English: B1–C1 range).
  • 5 years proven experience in customer success or enterprise account management.
  • Experience in B2B digital companies, working with HR teams on adoption and engagement challenges.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Data.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder influence, including at C-suite level, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making and reporting; proficiency with AI tools.
