What you will do
- Assist customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone
- Ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality
Requirements
- Fluency in Georgian and professional working proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
- Availability to work 20 hours per week across various shifts (morning, evening, weekend)
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
