What you will do

  • Respond to incoming inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive support to ensure uninterrupted service performance.
  • Effectively use internal tools and workflows to manage tasks.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments with detailed documentation.
  • Maintain high accuracy and quality in all communications and task handling.
  • Operate under a 2/2 shift schedule (12-hour shifts with day/night rotation).

Requirements

  • English proficiency: B2 level or higher is mandatory.
  • Must be based in Tbilisi and able to work onsite.
  • Strong soft skills including empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent typing speed and ability to master multiple software tools quickly.
  • Strong sense of accountability and team-oriented mindset.
