What you will do
- Process client requests using the Jira helpdesk system
- Maintain the performance of gaming infrastructure
- Interact with associated departments and partners' helpdesk systems
- Work on a 2/2/3 schedule from 10 am to 10 pm (GMT+3)
Requirements
- English: B2+ proficiency required
- Russian: B2+ proficiency required
- Higher or incomplete higher education (technical background is an advantage)
- Experience in support of helpdesk systems is desirable
