What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and performance reporting for commercial, finance, and leadership stakeholders.
• Design and analyze commercial experiments, including A/B tests, incrementality tests, and quasi-experimental analyses.
• Perform in-depth analyses of partner and client performance to identify growth drivers and actionable insights.
• Build scenario analyses and forecasts to support prioritization and investment decisions for the leadership team.
• Develop and iterate on decision science tools, models, and AI-powered automation workflows to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative role.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with experience working on large, multi-source datasets.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal analysis.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and platforms like Databricks.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Economics, or Computer Science.
