What you will do

• Design end-to-end data science approaches and associated software architecture for high-impact projects.
• Drive technical scoping and feasibility assessments for new client engagements.
• Act as a technical advisor to build strong client relationships and shape project direction.
• Develop bespoke algorithms and scalable software solutions following best practices for high-stakes decisions.
• Set the technical bar for the project team, ensuring high standards of code and delivery quality.
• Contribute to the company's reputation through teaching, public speaking, or open-source projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a professional data science or quantitative academic role with high mathematical and statistical competence.
• Strong Python programming skills, specifically with NumPy and Pandas.
• Proficiency in a deep-learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid grasp of supervised/unsupervised learning, time-series, NLP, and model validation.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into mathematical frameworks and measure deployment impact.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical solutions into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
