What you will do

• Set technical direction for business-critical projects, balancing speed, innovation, and reliability.
• Design and implement production-grade technical solutions with comprehensive documentation.
• Define project problems, develop roadmaps, and oversee end-to-end delivery across workstreams.
• Lead technical scoping and feasibility studies for strategic sales opportunities.
• Manage high-level client relationships to align technical solutions with commercial goals.
• Mentor data scientists and drive the adoption of best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Depth of expertise in at least one machine learning domain and strong technical breadth across data science.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring individuals, and managing teams.
• Project management expertise to divide complex problems into actionable workstreams.
• Ability to deliver innovative outcomes under commercial pressure for high-risk tasks.
• Strong customer leadership skills to act as a trusted technical advisor for demanding clients.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Commercial, and Infrastructure teams.
