What you will do
- Set technical direction for business-critical projects, balancing speed, innovation, and reliability.
- Design and implement production-grade technical solutions with comprehensive documentation.
- Define project problems, develop roadmaps, and oversee end-to-end delivery across workstreams.
- Lead technical scoping and feasibility studies for strategic sales opportunities.
- Manage high-level client relationships to align technical solutions with commercial goals.
- Mentor data scientists and drive the adoption of best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Depth of expertise in at least one machine learning domain and strong technical breadth across data science.
- Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring individuals, and managing teams.
- Project management expertise to divide complex problems into actionable workstreams.
- Ability to deliver innovative outcomes under commercial pressure for high-risk tasks.
- Strong customer leadership skills to act as a trusted technical advisor for demanding clients.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Commercial, and Infrastructure teams.
