What you will do

• Manage multiple interconnected projects and orchestrate deliverables to achieve broader program objectives.
• Define and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives affecting multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across the project lifecycle.
• Drive organizational change management activities and adoption strategies to ensure successful execution.
• Provide executive-level reporting, status updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Program Management and/or Project Management experience.
• Experience defining new programs and leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience with organizational change management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage program budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• 5–7 years of specialized Business Transformation experience.
• Consulting experience with large advisory firms.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills when influencing senior executives.
