What you will do

• Lead the rollout and follow-up of operational initiatives across various markets.
• Drive the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and consistent ways of working.
• Partner with markets to adopt new tools, workflows, and processes that improve performance.
• Coordinate operational pilots and tests, including documentation and outcome tracking.
• Analyze operational data to build reports and dashboards monitoring KPIs like efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Perform root cause analysis of operational issues to identify and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or a similar field.
• Professional fluency in English.
• 1+ years of experience in business modelling, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau/Steep).
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across teams or markets.
• Must be based in Stockholm.
