What you will do

• Diagnose faults and perform repairs or replacement of wiring harnesses and electrical components on global programmes.
• Conduct extensive pre-event checks on high-performance competition vehicles.
• Build wiring harnesses based on technical drawings.
• Maintain the event spares package to ensure operational readiness.
• Generate post-event reports to provide technical feedback to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with the Electrical Supervisor to identify issues and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in crimping, soldering, and harness assembly using high-specification components.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and harness layout drawings.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a highly organized, delivery-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a motorsport environment (rally, rallycross, or racing).
• Understanding of FIA regulations relating to electrical systems.
