What you will do

• Manufacture, assemble, and install bespoke electrical wiring harnesses to exacting standards.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings for build processes.
• Build and terminate wiring looms and assemblies.
• Conduct harness testing, fault-finding, and comprehensive quality inspections.
• Maintain detailed documentation and build records.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure maximum performance.

Requirements

• Experience in crimping, soldering, and harness assembly using high-specification components.
• Strong understanding of electrical harness layout drawings.
• High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workloads under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team.
