Focus on driving PIPO/DISCO strategies, optimizing global launch calendars, and supporting business decisions through analytical insights.

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid - up to 50% remote)

What you will do

  • Build and update sizing recommendations for product innovations based on marketing briefs and assumptions.
  • Manage global launches, relaunches, and discontinuations (PIPO/DISCO) in alignment with brand strategy.
  • Define stock strategies and manage allocations in collaboration with Planning Hubs and Trade Marketing.
  • Act as the primary interface between Marketing, Finance, CCO, and Supply Chain to align commercial priorities.
  • Provide strong analytical insights to support senior stakeholder decision-making and manage business risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in planning, demand planning, innovation, or lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience in global or corporate environments within the FMCG or similar fast-paced industries.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain flows and product lifecycle management (PIPO/DISCO/ROI).
  • Proficiency with planning tools such as Anaplan, JDA, or o9.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Data engineering skills.
  • Experience developing dashboards in Power BI.
  • Ability to query data using SQL.
