What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Spanish boutique properties, resorts, and luxury brands.
- Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to meet revenue targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish hoteliers, pitching and onboarding new partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Spanish hospitality landscape.
- Travel regularly to Spain to meet partners on-site.
Requirements
- Spanish: Native or fluent proficiency required.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
- Existing network and contacts within the local Spanish hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Must be based in Aix-en-Provence, France with willingness to travel to Spain.
