What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of boutique properties, resorts, and luxury brands across Normandie, Picardie, and Hauts-de-France.
  • Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to meet revenue targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for French hoteliers, pitching and onboarding new partners.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the French hospitality landscape.
  • Travel locally to meet partners on the ground.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with suppliers.
  • Existing market knowledge and contacts within the local hospitality industry.
  • Data-driven mindset with a structured approach to continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in French and English required.
  • Must be based in Aix-en-Provence, France.
