What you will do

  • Coach and train hiring managers on sourcing, structured interviewing, and ATS usage.
  • Act as a quality gate for all hiring processes to ensure standards are met before offers are made.
  • Own ATS integrity, data cleaning, and the optimization of reporting metrics.
  • Lead graduate and young professional programs, managing university partnerships and internship coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Branding team on talent attraction strategy and social presence.
  • Implement and optimize AI-powered recruiting tools to improve efficiency and candidate discovery.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, closing both tech and business roles.
  • Proven track record of driving organizational change in decentralized hiring environments.
  • Strong command of ATS platforms, including configuration and reporting.
  • Experience running university or early-career talent programs.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or a regulated environment.
  • DISC certification or experience with other candidate assessment tools.

Hiring process
