What you will do

• Own daily process quality assurance activities, ensuring manufacturing controls and standard work are effectively implemented.
• Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa methodologies to eliminate recurring defects.
• Conduct layered process audits and first-article verifications to ensure compliance with specifications and workmanship standards.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams to resolve internal and external quality issues.
• Verify documentation and process readiness for new product and process introductions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field, or a minimum of 4 years of direct experience in manufacturing quality assurance.
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies including 8D, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and SPC.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and relational database software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically or internationally (up to 20%).
• Must be based in or able to work at the Burnfoot, Ireland facility.
