What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust short- and medium-term maintenance plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prioritize maintenance activities and manage the CMMS (Maximo) backlog to optimize execution efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts and specialist tools.
• Manage stakeholder communication and access to restricted airside and landside areas.
• Oversee contractor attendance, site access, and Permit to Work compliance.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports and promote accurate data capture for KPI tracking.

Requirements

• Related trade qualification or bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3-5 years of minimum post-trade experience.
• Full clean driver's license.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in Maximo and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Lean Maintenance Principles.
