What you will do

• Lead the civil engineering team in delivering detailed designs for pavements, underground drainage, utilities, and earthworks.
• Develop and deliver technical updates and impactful presentations directly to clients on a daily basis.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, technical leads, construction management teams, and contractors.
• Manage the timely delivery of civil engineering designs to a high professional standard.
• Drive growth and innovation within the Civil Engineering Department by promoting sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters is an advantage).
• Chartered status with Engineers Ireland or a similar professional body.
• Minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years managing civil design teams for hyperscale mission-critical projects.
• Thorough understanding of civil engineering design standards and construction practices across EMEA.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for reporting and client engagement.
