What you will do

• Ensure airfield electrical systems comply with EASA, ICAO Annex 14, and NSAI standards.
• Lead planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance for airfield and landside electrical assets to ensure 24/7 operations.
• Optimize workforce scheduling and resource allocation in collaboration with technical and planning teams.
• Manage performance and capability development for Technician Team Leads and Electrical Systems Engineers.
• Champion a proactive safety culture, managing RAMS, Safe Work Procedures, and incident reporting.
• Oversee electrical Opex budgets and manage specialist contractors to ensure cost control and value.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or relevant electrical trade apprenticeship with necessary certifications.
• 6+ years of experience as a qualified electrician or electrical engineer in complex operational environments.
• 2+ years of experience in a Supervisor or Manager capacity.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, operation, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Full clean driver's license.

Nice to have

• Experience with AGL series circuits (CCRs) or high-reliability electrical infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of PLC control systems and SCADA-based monitoring environments.
