What you will do

• Process and verify customer orders and change orders for accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor overall account activity and track sales data to create market and performance reports.
• Prepare product and license quotes for pre-sales customers.
• Manage lead and order activities for assigned geographic territories or account sizes.
• Provide administrative support and guidance to sales representatives and management.
• Mentor and train junior staff members on procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a functional sales support role with a two-year college degree, or 5 years of experience with a High School Diploma.
• Proficiency in sales support competencies and administrative procedures.
• Ability to work independently under limited supervision on moderately difficult assignments.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving non-routine issues.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures and reaching agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
