What you will do

• Lead the successful implementation and deployment of enterprise solutions for clients across the Taiwan market.
• Manage complex implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Act as the operational point of contact for Taiwanese merchant onboarding and project coordination.
• Drive value through project execution and merchant outcomes by collaborating across teams and markets.
• Ensure seamless go-live processes and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in implementation, systems deployment, or project management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations such as ERP or CRM systems.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required for cross-functional communication.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing project delivery experience.
• Proficiency in process documentation and business process analysis.
