What you will do

• Provide technical consulting and product expertise to deliver comprehensive SaaS solutions to customers.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle from scoping and requirements gathering through to launch and hyper-care.
• Identify and manage data cleansing of client data prior to full product launch.
• Produce and manage professional client-facing documentation and conduct implementation pilots.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and support teams to ensure alignment of internal and external teams.
• Report project progress to the PMO and present detailed reviews to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B/B2C roles (or a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience).
• Proficiency in SQL and demonstrable experience in data manipulation using MS Excel.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create logical technical solutions.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work under time and pressure constraints.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Social Housing sector, specifically Rent/Income or Housing Management Systems (e.g., Northgate, Civica, Capita).
• Background in software implementation and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) systems.
• Experience using CRM solutions such as Salesforce.
• Basic experience with Python or C#.
