What you will do

• Define key Moments of Truth to drive onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Identify signals indicating customer progress, risk, and opportunity via product usage and technical health.
• Track customer progression across journeys to identify drop-offs and optimization points.
• Contribute to building agentic journeys where signals trigger automated actions with minimal manual intervention.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing to align journey priorities and execution.
• Partner with Agentic Program Managers to translate signals and playbooks into scalable initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital experience, customer success, or product-led growth (PLG).
• Deep understanding of Data Integration Platforms (e.g., ETL, Pipeline, Data Transformation).
• Expertise in journey mapping and customer experience design.
• Proven ability to translate journeys into signals and actionable engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data to identify growth opportunities.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Ottawa, ON, Canada.
