Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Solutions (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead advanced discovery and identify high-impact partnership opportunities across payers, PBMs, health insurers, and providers.
• Shape integrations, product support, and innovative programs required for strategic customer partnerships.
• Explore provider partnerships and new verticals to improve member enrollment and engagement.
• Partner with product squads and commercial teams to identify product gaps and advocate for customer problems worth solving.
• Support the Senior Director of Product on high-impact special projects and mentor other product managers.
• Establish best practices for tracking progress against corporate and team objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 10+ years combining market or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product operations, or business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, writing, communication, technical, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Experience bringing 0-1 products to market and leading research and discovery in ambiguous opportunity spaces.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems with limited resources, and advocate proactively for product outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with human-centered product development and Continuous Discovery.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and build efficient workflows.
• Healthcare experience, especially with health insurers or PBMs.
• Provider-side integration experience, particularly with Epic.
