Salary: $130,000–$160,000 + Annual Bonus

What you will do
- Drive client strategy, relationship building, and growth expansion initiatives.
- Analyze healthcare claims data to identify actionable insights and project financial results.
- Review and present client-facing reporting on policy impacts and performance metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, support, and key deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to introduce new functionality and communicate client feedback.
- Monitor solution performance and conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate program value.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in client-facing roles such as customer success or account management.
- Proven track record of influencing relationships within the US healthcare payer market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex data sets and claims processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both prepared and extemporaneous speaking.
- Must be based in the US and able to travel up to 25% of the year.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously in a digital-first environment.
