TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Lead and execute AI-native post-sales programs and initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Focus on designing scalable AI-powered workflows, driving AI adoption, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes.

Location: Hybrid in New York City, San Francisco, or Toronto

Salary: $166,000 – $184,000 (NYC L4 level) plus equity

What you will do

  • Design, structure, and launch new programs across the Customer Experience organization from concept to measurable outcomes
  • Drive AI-native agenda by identifying automation opportunities and building internal playbooks and tooling
  • Support CX leaders as an execution partner to structure programs, track progress, and remove blockers
  • Build and maintain AI skills and automation library to replace manual processes with scalable AI workflows
  • Own operating rhythm including OKR tracking, leadership prep, and performance dashboards
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Sales on company-wide initiatives

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in New York City, San Francisco, or Toronto
  • 4–7 years experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations at fast-moving SaaS or tech companies
  • Experience with AI Agent products and strong interest in AI and automation
  • Highly data-driven with ability to build dashboards and analyze metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience working in or alongside post-sales organizations is a strong plus
