What you will do

• Provide comprehensive non-contentious services including contract review, drafting, and procurement support.
• Manage contentious matters such as mediation, adjudication, dispute boards, arbitration, and litigation.
• Deliver high-quality legal advice tailored to the needs of diverse international clients.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure positive outcomes on mega-projects.
• Travel internationally to visit client offices and project sites as required.

Requirements

• SRA England & Wales Qualified Solicitor with 15+ years PQE.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DABs, Adjudication, and Arbitration.
• Must be based in the UK (London).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience working on major infrastructure projects, including oil and gas.

Nice to have

• Experience working on projects in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia or Kuwait).
• Experience supporting Asian clients.
