What you will do

• Lead optimization initiatives across Epic Prelude, Cadence, Referrals, MyChart, and Welcome modules.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end patient access workflows to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.
• Ensure seamless data flow integration across patient access, patient experience, and ambulatory modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional clinical, operational, and technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Support Epic implementation projects, upgrades, go-live activities, and post-production optimization efforts.
• Configure and optimize scheduling, registration, referrals, and insurance verification workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Epic experience in healthcare environments.
• Epic Cadence and Prelude Certification required.
• Minimum one full Epic implementation experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong expertise in Epic Referrals, MyChart, and Welcome modules.
• Proven experience with workflow optimization and operational improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in patient experience transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and integrated healthcare workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Additional Epic certifications.
