What you will do
- Plan, design, build, test, and implement Epic software solutions.
- Analyze and document system requirements and clinical workflows.
- Configure Epic environments to provide standardized and comprehensive user workflows.
- Conduct routine maintenance, system updates, and implement new functionality.
- Provide guidance and support to end-users to resolve system issues.
- Manage small to medium projects independently and update stakeholders on progress.
Requirements
- Must be based in Pennsylvania, USA
- 3 years of systems administration experience within Epic modules.
- 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to handle analysis, design, and configuration tasks at moderate complexity.
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Must obtain Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Healthcare.
