Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction with a focus on cost management.
• Proven experience in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors.
• Strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Chartered status (RICS membership preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to lead client meetings.
