What you will do

• Own end-to-end data science initiatives from problem framing to production impact.
• Develop and deploy production ML or LLM-powered solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Create new metrics, models, and workflows to address complex business challenges.
• Use SQL to explore large-scale datasets and build reliable data assets.
• Partner with Product, Finance, and Operations to align on goals and technical tradeoffs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to raise the bar for data science quality across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Proven track record of hands-on data science impact on real-world problems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in complex, large-scale datasets.
• Experience building, shipping, or supporting production ML systems.
• Ability to independently scope ambiguous problems and drive work to completion.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex models to non-technical stakeholders.
