Salary: $105,849–$126,771 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to process technical data, including CAD models, for enterprise systems.
• Research and identify new applications for AI/ML to support program objectives.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software engineers and government teams to integrate algorithms into production workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed models and algorithms.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in data science.
• Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Strong background in statistical analysis, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with stream processing and data streaming applications (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• In-depth understanding of the aerospace and defense industry.
