What you will do

• Prepare project programs across all stages, including bid, on-site progress, and retrospective forensic analysis for disputes.
• Manage critical path and float activities to ensure projects are delivered according to contract and client requirements.
• Advise clients on preparing contract-compliant programs and reporting progress on as-built schedules.
• Maintain comprehensive project records to safeguard against and support claim situations.
• Deliver professional assignments and manage stakeholder expectations in a client-facing consultancy environment.

Requirements

• Degree in a construction-related field (preferred).
• Sound understanding of current construction methodologies and project planning techniques.
• Knowledge of construction industry contract conditions and law.
• Proficiency in planning software such as P6 or Powerproject.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK and be away from home Monday to Friday.
