Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the execution of cutting-edge BIM and VDC solutions for major corporate, healthcare, and transportation projects.
• Integrate digital models and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-velocity project outcomes.
• Manage common data environments, perform model coordination, and lead large-scale BIM conversions.
• Develop and implement enterprise-level BIM standards and digital delivery strategies.
• Facilitate advanced client training programs and act as a BIM Owner's representative on major capital projects.
• Collaborate with internal experts and field teams to drive digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a similar field.
• 5-10 years of experience providing implementation, training, and support in BIM and VDC.
• 5+ years of experience providing BIM coordination services on major and complex projects.
• Proficiency in creating and managing complex projects within Revit, Navisworks, and Civil3D.
• Deep knowledge of primary building systems and the sequence of assembly.
• Must be based in the US and possess valid US work authorization.
