What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for video creation, editing, and AI-assisted workflow experiences.
• Lead the evolution of intelligent content creation tools by integrating AI-powered assistance into the user experience.
• Prioritize features and investments using customer insights, business objectives, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver releases.
• Champion user experience standards and advocate for intuitive, accessible product design.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex, high-impact product initiatives in technology-driven organizations.
• Proven track record managing successful products with substantial user engagement and business impact.
• Strong experience with creative tools, collaboration platforms, content creation products, or other experience-centric software.
• Deep understanding of video creation and editing workflows and the challenges of content production platforms.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver technically sophisticated products.
• Ability to operate in high-autonomy environments with end-to-end ownership and to align multiple stakeholders in ambiguity.
