What you will do

• Drive key product metrics for trial conversion and retention, including 1st renewal rates and workout completion.
• Own the coach persona end-to-end, defining the voice, timing, and memory across workouts, chat, and CRM.
• Run a fast experimentation loop to validate content hypotheses across various product surfaces.
• Own the user-coach chat as a first-class product surface, defining the AI or hybrid conversation system.
• Design the topic roadmap and 6-week block structures in partnership with SME Content Methodologists.
• Scale content production by balancing studio shoots and AI-generated content to optimize cost and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager shipping consumer mobile products end-to-end.
• Proven track record of moving core conversion and retention metrics through self-designed experiments.
• Working understanding of fitness or wellness methodology to critically review SME briefs.
• Experience with AI-driven or persona-driven products, such as AI companions or character chat.
• Deep fluency in A/B testing, hypothesis-driven development, and analyzing product data.
• Must be based in the listed European locations: Poland, Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Portugal, Serbia, or Spain.

Nice to have

• Formal background in kinesiology, exercise physiology, or sports science.
• Programming or product experience targeting a 40+ female audience (perimenopause-aware).
