What you will do

• Design and own technical requirements for enterprise-wide agentic AI and LLM-driven information systems.
• Select models, agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), and orchestration platforms to build end-to-end architectures.
• Establish governance frameworks spanning prompt management, agent guardrails, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain a scalable multi-agent platform integrated with CI/CD pipelines and centralized monitoring.
• Lead, manage, and mentor engineering teams, providing coaching and structured professional development.
• Implement secure deployment models that protect PII and PHI data boundaries using robust access controls.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience leading system architecture for complex, cloud-based enterprise systems.
• 2+ years of production experience designing and deploying complex LLM-based AI/ML solutions (RAG, fine-tuning).
• 1+ year of production experience with agent-based solutions involving orchestration, tool calling, and memory architectures.
• Proven experience designing secure AI solutions handling PHI and PII data.

Nice to have

• Experience in Healthcare sectors (Medicare, Medicaid) or direct delivery for federal agencies like CMS.
• Certifications in AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Databricks) or cloud platforms (AWS).
• Advanced training in LLM, RAG, and agentic AI architectures (NVIDIA, LangChain).
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence).
