What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX/UI across mobile apps, web app, marketing site, and internal tools.
• Build a comprehensive design system from the ground up, including components and patterns.
• Transform complex healthcare workflows into simple, modern, and trustworthy user experiences.
• Turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear concepts and interactive prototypes.
• Use a combination of user research and product analytics to drive evidence-based design decisions.
• Partner with the CEO and engineering team to shape product strategy and end-to-end UX coherence.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of product design experience, ideally with a focus on consumer applications.
• Exceptional visual taste with a high bar for UI polish and clean hierarchy.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-velocity 0-1 environments, moving quickly from concept to launch.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong capacity for ownership, proactivity, and decision-making with imperfect information.
• Proficiency across interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
