What you will do

• Support KYB processes, including the review and verification of corporate documents for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and develop effective working relationships with integrated partners to ensure mutual growth.
• Plan and implement strategies based on partner feedback to improve operational processes and product features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions and data-driven recommendations for partner concerns.
• Handle daily customer, partner, and merchant inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Execute ad-hoc projects to support strategic and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Educational background in business administration, management, finance, entrepreneurship, or operations.
• Must be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines for hybrid work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including graveyard and weekend shifts.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within financial services or fintech industries.
• Proficiency in Google Suite programs.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B (business-to-business) support and industry.
